Are the prices for ladies suits, mentioned on your site on wholesale basis?

Yes the prices mentioned on our website are on wholesale basis. If you want one or two pieces on retail, then the price is double with free stitching included. You can select any 10 pieces altogether to get the same mentioned price. This is our minimum order quantity

What is the minimum order quantity?

On your first deal, you can order any number of pieces you want (atleast 10 minimum). But this is only with the intention of showing you our work and have long term voluminous business with you.

Once you ship the goods, in how many days it will reach me?

Once the goods are dispatched, it will reach you in 3-5 days if delivered by courier whereas if shipped through normal post which is cost effective, it will reach you in 8-12 days.

If I buy more, can you give me discount?

Our prices are the best; and this is the reason we have kept it open for everyone. These prices are absolutely non-negotiable, last and final for quantity upto 100 pieces. If you order more, we may be able to offer some percentage of discount and that too, not much.

Are these unstitched shirts in the form of complete suits with the duppata?

There are 3 categories: Unstitch, Unstitch Frock, Unstitch Shirt.
The one which is Unstitch are complete suits including dupattas, rest are just shirt or frock without anything, but if required, can be arranged with some additional charges.

Whatever you have posted in your bridal wear, do you have that in ready stock with you?

In bridal wear, nothing is ready in our stocks. It is arranged as per the customer's requirement and specifications. Few of the pieces in party wear collection is ready available with us and can be found in readymade category too.

How long would it take for you to arrange the stock?

It depends on the type of your order, kindly send details of your requirement and we will let you know the estimate time required. If you require unstitched cotton lawn suits, then we will need 2 days time but if you want stitching to be done by us, then it will depend on the quantity and nature of your order. Normal stitching require additional 2 - 3 days but party wear / bridal wear can take 3 - 4 weeks time in order to complete the handwork too. Readymade dresses can be dispatched the very next day of your order.

The price mentioned on your website are in US Dollars, how will I calculate dollars in Pak Rs. or in Pounds or Euro. We have mentioned the price in US Dollars so that it can be easy for majority of our customers as US Dollar is more convenient for them to evaluate. For your convenience, we have also installed the currency converter box on right hand side panel at bottom on our website. Just enter the price and select the currency you want to be displayed and the result is shown instantly.

If I want more than one suit, can I get a discount?

We do not deal in single piece or retail orders at the mentioned price. If you want one or two suits, then the price is double with free stitching included. (Free stitching is only included for bridal wear). Else you should order minimum 6 pieces to get at same offered price.

If there is any defect in your material then what do you do?

We have strict control of inspection and quality checking. There is always a re-check of each and every single piece before dispatching it to our customers. Alhamdulillah, we have no any single complain history. Don't worry about this, we are here to take care of everything. We have all well experienced and trained professionals in our team. We assure you that there will be never any situation from our side due to which you will have to claim your money back as we do not want a one time business. We want regular business, long term business and voluminous business. We absolutely understand that customer satisfaction is very essential to keep the business in running mode.

What are your payment terms? 

Will you do business with us on consignment basis or credit basis?

Basically our company is totally a service oriented company. We are just suppliers and not any kind of brand owner. We are sorry but we do not deal on consignment or credit terms. We only accept 100% payment in advance. Acceptable modes of payment are:
1) Money exchange (preferably Western Union or Money Gram)

What are your stitching charges?

Stitching charges varies depending on the work and design required. Generally it is in the range between US Dollars 25-28, GBP16-18 per suit. But for Party Wear, Bridal Wear (Shararas / Ghararas), Panel Frocks & Anarkalis, the charges are a bit higher.

How can I make sure that you will supply the originals and not the replicas?

Original and Genuine suits comes in individual packing and polybag with the brand mentioned and you will yourself understand whether it is genuine or replica, if you are a regular customer of these brands. Sometimes if it is not in their packing, then you will see their brand name and tag on border or on the end of the suit in every yard. There is a big difference in replicas. Yes we also supply replicas but we mention it prior to sale. Mainly the pictures which you see in bridal wear and party wear are mostly replicas and are custom made by us and will be exactly as shown in the picture.

Does the pricing include shipping?

No. Since the shipping cost is different for each destination, we have mentioned the price without adding any shipment charges.

I would like to buy only 1 of the lady's dresses to show it to one of my customers. I would like only 1 but I am a retail customer and I dont want to pay double the price. Is it possible to pay regular price and only get one?

We are sorry but currently this is not possible to offer one piece at wholesale price. We love to add new people in our customers list but you can understand that since it is not at all worth for us to do single piece deal at such low price. We have therefore made a limit of minimum 6 pieces order. You can select any 6 pieces from our collection and can get wholesale price. Our prices are the best prices in the World, even if you double it.

What are the shipment charges?

Shipping cost for UK, USA, Canada & India is as follows:

UK - 1st kg is GBP14 and the additional kg GBP3.3 per kg.

USA / Canada - 1st kg is US$32 and the additional cost for each kg is US$9.

The above charges are for shipment made through courier and the goods will reach in 4-5 days time.

In party wear or bridal wear what material are you using?

It depends on the suit but we mainly use pure chiffon, jamawar, or tissue with trouser of raw silk and lining of pure silk. If any special requirement, that can be arranged.

On retail purchase, you have mentioned that the price is double and free stitching is included. What if I don't need stitching?

Free stitching is only included for party wear and bridal wear. If you have ordered the same and do not require stitching, in that case, you will get discount of US$15 per suit on double price.

How can I check the status of my order?

Upon dispatch of your order, we’ll email you an online tracking number. You are welcome to e-mail queries related to your purchase.

When do you have new dresses and new style coming up which is in now a days? Because I want to order some dresses for RAMADAN / EID.

We try our best to upload latest and new arrivals on daily basis. You can also let us have your own picture collection so that we may arrange the suits for you accordingly.
